We are hosting two separate 2-hour Leadership Development workshops. Feel free to join either or repeat the workshop twice:

Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 10a to 12p PT (1p to 3p ET) or

Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 10a to 12p PT (1p to 3p ET)

IMPORTANT: To get the most out of the workshop, you need to complete a self-assessment or Side-by-Side assessment prior to the beginning of the course.

The self assessment takes 10 mins. You will simply assess yourself and use the report to identify TWO improvement opportunities.

Both you and your manager will assess your leadership. Your report will show both your assessment and your managers, and then you will choose TWO improvement opportunities. After building your leadership plan, you’ll review it with your manager and get alignment.

Saturn Leadership Index (SLI)
for Managers

If you are hiring/firing and giving performance feedback to your direct reports, the self-assessment will guide you through learning about your blindspots.

Saturn Culture Index (SCI)
for Individual Contributors

The SCI is designed for team members, individual contributors and collaborators who do not have direct reports.

Building your Leadership Plan

Once you identify the two behaviors to improve, you can start building your own Leadership Plan. We will do this together, but it’s great if you want to get a head start. Either way, download the template for the course using the button below.

For your Leadership Plan, simply make a copy of this google document and copy/paste the two behaviors you are working on to the top.

There are several components to the leadership plan. The most important thing is to create the Stop / Start / Continue. Stop Doing the actions that create frictions, Start Doing the new practices to improve performance, and Continue Doing what is helpful.
